Sometimes our keys need to be re-cut to ensure a reliable and smooth use. If your key isn't smooth inserting into the lock bring it back and we'll make it right - with no extra charge. Remember, never force your key into the lock.

How long will it take?
Most keys can be cut in minutes whilst you wait.
Do I need the original?
No, you can bring another copy of the original key.
Are there bulk deals?
Yes, we have offers on bulk orders. Speak to us in-store for an enquiry.
What if my key doesn't work as it should?
Sometimes keys need to be re-cut if they don't work as they should. If your key isn't working as it should do not force it. Bring it back to us and we'll re-cut your key, free of charge, until it is reliable.
