Standard Delivery

Cost and timings

We offer free delivery for all of our items. Exceptions apply to items being delivered to non-UK mainland locations where Expedited Delivery fees apply including import fees. Smaller items are usually delivered within 3 working days, Monday to Saturday. Some of our products are made to order - so it’s made just for you and may take time before it’s ready to be sent to you. Your items will be delivered by Royal Mail through 2nd Class postage.

My item hasn't arrived

If your item hasn't arrived, please check with Royal Mail to see if anything is effecting their services. If not, please contact us through our customer service page on our website. We'll check with Royal Mail to see the status on the delivery and will take action if required. Deliveries may be delayed due to Royal Mail industrial action. We recommend waiting a few days after the estimated delivery date before reporting that you haven't received your order.

Sometimes things go wrong - our courier may lose your parcel or we accidently sent the wrong product. The eBay Money Back Guarantee protects you as a buyer and applies when: You don't receive an item, The item received doesn't match the listing, for example if we sent the wrong item, or if the item arrives broken, damaged, or faulty. Items paid for where any part of the payment was completed outside of eBay (such as bank transfer, cash, money orders, escrow services) are not covered.
