How can I return my item?
Returns for products purchased online can be arranged via your eBay account. For any purchases made in-store, please return to the store.
If an item hasn’t arrived or isn’t as described, go to My eBay, select the item in your purchase history and reach out to us within 30 days of the actual delivery date, or the estimated delivery date if an item hasn't arrived.
We do not offer free postage for change of mind returns, but we will offer free returns for defective products, such as the wrong item being sent or a mistake with personalised items.

Refunds
We accept returns on all of our items in-store & online, except for personalised products.
If you've changed your mind on a product, you can return it to us in it's original condition and packaging. We offer 30 day returns and do not offer free postage for change of mind returns.
Any products being returned damaged or not packaged correctly may result in a partial refund.
All personalised items cannot be returned, unless:

The personalised items do not match the listing

We have made a mistake in the engraving, for example, a spelling mistake or we sent the wrong colour
We may accept a change of mind refund for personalised items if you choose a sold as seen engraved product as these can be sold again. The packaging must be original and in a good condition.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee covers free returns for defective products, including defective personalised products.
If we've sent the wrong item to you or made a mistake, we may offer to send a replacement free of charge. In some cases, we won't ask for the wrong item to be returned, but if we ask for the item to be returned, we'll pay for postage.

How long does it take to process my refund.
Once your goods are back with us, we'll instantly initiate your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method and are typically available within 3-5 business days.
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn't packaged correctly, we may deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value. We'll let you know if this is the case and will get support from eBay before doing so.
