Delivery
How will my order be delivered?
We use Royal Mail as our main courier and all items are sent through 1st class postage unless otherwise stated. You'll receive an email from eBay confirming your order and further information about your delivery. Royal Mail will provide options as to where you'd like your parcel to be left (for example, at a neighbours address)
When will my order arrive?
If you purchase from our store before 3pm during our stores opening hours, we'll dispatch your order on the same day. eBay provides an estimated arrival upon ordering. This is an estimate and does not imply the item will be guaranteed to arrive exactly within this time. Personalised items may take slightly longer, but in almost all cases you'll receive your order within 1-5 days.
Estimated arrival times may also be inaccurate during busy periods (i.e. Christmas, Valentines, Mother/Fathers day) as we'll be busy with both online and in-store orders.
My order hasn't arrived yet
If your order hasn't arrived 2 or more days after the estimated arrival date, please contact us. We'll get in touch with Royal Mail for updates on your order and will contact you back with their response. If they are unaware as to where your parcel is we'll recommend waiting until 5 days after we've dispatched your order and from then we'll take action as there may be a delay caused by Royal Mail or they may have lost your order.
How much do you charge for delivery
The costs of postage varies between products. Factors include size, weight and value. Some items include free delivery. The cost of delivery is outlined on the eBay listing.
Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Buyers pay postage for change of mind returns and excludes personalised items
(i.e engraved products) Our policies do not effect your consumer rights. We'll pay postage for returns if the item is not up to a satisfactory standard.
If you return an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package. If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn't packaged correctly, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
What is your return policy for personalised items?
We will refuse change of mind returns for all personalised items unless they are not of a satisfactory quality, for example a spelling error or the wrong design.
We may accept change of mind returns for engraved items that are as pictured as we'll be able to re-sell these items.
How do I get in contact for a refund?
Simply login to your eBay account, select the item you'd like to return and follow the steps through eBay.
What is the eBay Money Back Guarantee?
By shopping with us through eBay you're backed by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This means you'll get your money back if an item doesn't arrive or isn't as described in the listing. It's free and is included in every purchase.
How it works:

If your item hasn't arrived or isn't as described, go to My eBay. Find the item in your purchase history and select "return" or "item not received" within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date if the item hasn't arrived).

Contact eBay if your issue is not resolved within 8 calendar days.

You'll hear from eBay within 48 hours – we'll work hard to make things right and get your money back quickly.
We hope you'll never have to make use of this guarantee as we'll aim to resolve all issues ourselves without eBay needing to step in, but it's a great peace of mind when ordering with us.
