CHANGES TO OUR FREE DELIVERY.

We know it's not ideal, but we're living in a time where it's tougher to keep a business running so we have taken the unfortunate decision to no longer offer free, 2nd class delivery across our entire online store.

There is some good news though - we still offer free delivery across some products and all paid delivery is upgraded to 1st class postage at no extra cost so you get your parcels even quicker.

ABOUT OUR DELIVERY

Cost and timings

We offer delivery for all of our items from 69p. Exceptions apply to items being delivered to non-UK mainland locations where Expedited Delivery fees apply including import fees. Smaller items are usually delivered within 3 working days, Monday to Saturday. Some of our products are made to order - so it’s made just for you and may take time before it’s ready to be sent to you. Your items will be delivered by Royal Mail through 2nd Class postage, 1st Class Postage or via Evri.

My item hasn't arrived

If your item hasn't arrived, please check with Royal Mail to see if anything is effecting their services. If not, please contact us through our customer service page on our website. We'll check with Royal Mail to see the status on the delivery and will take action if required. Deliveries may be delayed due to Royal Mail industrial action. We recommend waiting a few days after the estimated delivery date before reporting that you haven't received your order.

Money Back Guarantee

Sometimes things go wrong - our courier may lose your parcel or we accidently sent the wrong product. The eBay Money Back Guarantee protects you as a buyer and applies when: You don't receive an item, The item received doesn't match the listing, for example if we sent the wrong item, or if the item arrives broken, damaged, or faulty. Items paid for where any part of the payment was completed outside of eBay (such as bank transfer, cash, money orders, escrow services) are not covered. If an item we have sent to you falls under these catagories then please contact us through eBay and we'll make it right.
