Can you deliver my order?
We do offer delivery for all orders placed online through eBay.
Delivery is available from as little as 79p, and some products come with free delivery.

My order hasn't arrived yet.
If you don't receive your order after 2 or more days than the estimated arrival, please get in touch and we can contact Royal Mail to get an update.
Personalised items can take a bit longer to create and pack so please allow at least 5 days.
What is your return & refund policy?
We offer returns and refunds for various reasons including change of mind but do not for personalised items unless there is a quality issue.

Where are you located?
We're located right in the heart of Exmouth town next to Specsavers.
We were formally located on Albion Street and we're the same people.

Accepted methods of payment
Do you accept cash payments?
We do, and it's our preferred method.
We accept cash that is currently in circulation only.
We will NOT accept commemorative coins as they are not worth their face value or £50 notes due to high volumes of fraudulent notes.
Do you accept card payments?
We accept card payments and will take Visa & Mastercards, contactless payments including Apple & Android Pay and American Express.
Contactless payments are limited to £100, or unlimited when paying through Apple or Android Pay and is dependant on your bank provider.
