Delivery has changed. We no longer offer free 2nd class delivery, we now offer Royal Mail 2-3 day 1st class delivery from 69p as standard.
UK mainland delivery only.
You can upgrade your delivery method for a faster and/or more convenient experience for an additional charge. Delivery options and timeframes are available for the items in your order and for your location are presented during checkout.
Personalised items may take slightly longer to process, engrave and deliver.
If your item takes a little longer to arrive than the estimated date provided, please get in touch with us so we can look into it.
Please don't leave negative feedback as once we have despatched your item(s) it is the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver it on time and we will contact them.
Returns
All products are returnable, with the exception of personalised items, within 30 days.
Personalised items may only be returned if we have sent the wrong item or does not match the personalisation request.
All items are backed by the eBay money back guarantee, so if you receive your items damaged or not as expected, we've got you covered - including personalised items.
Engraving
*Most of our products include engraving at no extra cost, with the exception of a very limited few.
Some products that can be purchased as blank will have the choice to add engraving and a gift box at an additional cost.
